About this property

2 bedroom Guest Suite on the water

This 450 square foot suite has space for 3 guests. It is on ground level attached to a garage and has two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single), with an apartment-sized kitchen/living area and a full bathroom. It shares a dock, deck and boathouse on the water with the upstairs 3 bedroom suite.
Suite includes bed linens, pillows, blankets, 1 set of towels per guest, hand soap, internet, fire pit. Kitchen has all the basics, including microwave, coffee maker, drinking water, BBQ, dish towels and dish soap.

Off season rates September 15 - May 15 $900/week or $2300/mo (plus taxes)

Notes: This location is not ideal for those with mobility issues as there is a steep path down to the dock and water's edge.
Water is untreated and drawn from the river. Drinking water is provided.
Since there is a suite above, there is the potential for noise from above. Both suites are pet friendly.
