The house as a new look!! Charming vintage South Bethany Beach vacation home on a canal with deck and boat dock features 3 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms and is just perfect for a family beach getaway. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, and WiFi. Rinse off the beach sand in the outside shower before heading in for a family B-B-Que on the Charcoal Grill! The Boat dock is great for boaters, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards. Small Four-legged family members are welcome! (Hypo Allergenic dogs under 30lbs plus $200 pet fee) Short stroll or bike ride from the beach, also includes South Bethany parking permit.
