Welcome to Serenity of the Sea!! You are right in the middle of the action, close to downtown Bradenton, Beaches, Sarasota, Tampa/St. Petersburg and more...…

Upon entering this spacious private home, you are greeted with the main kitchen area, bar stools, and cute sitting area which is great for entertaining while cooking your favorite meals.  The living room is expansive with a comfortable seating area, a large 10-person dining table, and a wall-mounted TV.  Glass doors open up to your private outdoor patio with a pool, inground SPA, and ambient lighting. Multiple seating areas make this outdoor space a great area to gather with family and friends. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one guest room with a queen bed.  There are lots of parking available and you are free to bring an RV or boat.  There is a boat launch on the Manatee River very close to the home. The beaches are why you came, and they are just minutes away!!  Anna Maria Island/Bradenton beaches are a 15-minute drive west on Manatee Ave.  If you are looking for more beach adventure, Lido Beach and the famous Siesta Key beaches are a 40-minute drive south of the home.  Just 20-30 minutes from SQR Airport and less than an hour from Tampa Airport giving you plenty of flight options.

It is equipped with jets but doesn't bubble like an out of pool spa.

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.
