About this property

Pension Mauritz - Luxury spacious chalet perfect for families and large groups

One of the original Dinner Plain houses. Recently renovated with top of the line furniture, finishings and appliances inspired by European style ski chalets. All new furniture and beds specifically purchased for the house.

3 bathrooms (master with ensuite, shared bathroom upstairs with bath, bathroom downstairs with spa bath).

Hydronic heating throughout the house.

Large number of kids toys, puzzles and board games. Torches, fire blankets throughout the house including a fire extinguisher.

Kitchen: 2 Miele Ovens (including convertible Miele microwave to oven), 90cm Miele gas cooktop, Miele plate warmer, Miele dishwasher, 592L Samsung Fridge, Brand new cabinetry, including stone benchtop, Setting for 16 in crockery, cutlery and glassware, Extensive baking/cooking utensils/gadgets.

Dining/Living area: Solid oak designer dining table for 10 people, Bose docking station, 55inch brand new Samsung TV with DVD player and Bose soundbar.

Downstairs amenities include a large bathroom with shower and spa bath, Sauna Large mud/entrance area. Laundry/drying room including washing machine + dryer.
