This vacation paradise on the famous "Black Sage Road" is fully furnished and is a a short stroll to the pool & lake through green, manicured paths. It takes 5 min stroll to the pool and 8 min stroll to the sandy private beach in beautiful maintained and manicured paths.

Pool, jacuzzi, and stunning sunsets wait.

Perfect for families or a few couples to get away or work remote. Do it the right way and relax, sunbathe in the morning and then tour the 40+ wineries in the afternoon... and see some of the most beautiful sunsets in Canada.

Relax and take it easy, or go find some fun, restaurants or live music in the town of Osoyoos. You will also be conveniently located between Osoyoos and Oliver for any groceries, restaurants or needs.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please follow the cleaning list. Our cleaners will do the deep clean.
Please lock front door when not home by pressing the number sign (dial sign) & holding a few seconds until you hear multiple beeps.
Back door also locks from the inside with a small lever underneath the handle shifting to the right.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
4 night minimum
No dragging the movable beds. Be very careful with the carpet. Lift and pull. Do not do not sit on couches and beds with wet bathing suits.
Do not alter the temperature by any degree. Any damage to the HVAC system due to change in temperature will be penalized with your damaged deposit.

Maria was very thorough with her instructions and an excellent communicator. Location of the cottages is very ideal, if you've been here before you'll know it's a very nice complex with lots of amenities and access to local wineries. The cottage we stayed at was very well maintained and each room comes with a pull out bed or trundle bed as well as queen sized regular bed. Somethings that we noted, there wasn't any baking pans in the cottage and the single knife was blunt, we did bring this up t Maria and she assured us this would be rectified for the next guest. AC was strong and even in 37C heat worked well. Outdoor fireplace works and is nice to sit by in the evening. The outdoor/indoor dining area is the best, we ate all our meals there and fits 10 people around table. Would come back and recommend to others.

Great cottage in a great little subdivision

We loved our 3BR + loft cottage and its' private backyard patio space. Although it was one of the further cottages from the pool/beach area, the private space was worth it (other cottage patios look across to other homes across a narrow greenbelt) and it was still a very pleasant walk along a landscaped paths to both. It was very well equipped, the furniture was tasteful and in great shape and there was lots of space for our party of 7 to spread out. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and any minor issues/questions we had, Maria would respond quickly and was always available to help. Being nearer the entry gate, we were easily able to jet off to the wineries nearby. The Cottages at Osoyoos are a 15 min drive from downtown Osoyoos so bring anything you need when you arrive so you don't have to run into town all the time. We did this and never had to drive downtown once this visit. We would happily stay here again next summer!

Wonderful cottages, average unit

We love the amenities available at The Cottages and would visit again but probably a different unit. Pros: excellent communication with owner; unit is tucked in the corner so lots of privacy (but also very far from the beach when it was hottt); kitchen well stocked (but knives were very dull) Cons: we arrived at 4pm to a car blocking both parking stalls for the unit. It was the cleaners and their son(?) was rude and told us to just wait. Not a great start when we can’t check in at check in time. Then when rest of our group arrived (6 adults, 4 kids - all of which were included in the booking) we realized there was no bedding/blanket/pillows for the trundles or pull out. Owner called their property manager who pulled out a locked bin of random sheets but it was up to us to figure out the right sizes and make the beds. Beach towels were advertised but only had 3. Just don’t include it if you say guests are stealing them. Long list of things to clean up prior to check out yet the prior guests had not - bbq was filthy, cabinets had crumbs, and floors needed a good mop!

It is a gated community in the middle of two towns where you can find everything including movie theaters amusement parks and museums lots of hiking biking and water sports around as well as casual restaurants coffee shops or fancy experiences.

What makes this property unique

It's spacious, modern coma with lots of new gadgets. Quiet area to relax or find happening places close by. We are on the best winery Road of the Okanagan with five top wineries three 5 minutes away by car.
