Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management

Very nice, clean, and great location

We were in town for my Uncles 80th birthday celebration and needed a place to stay for myself, mom, and my daughter. The place was perfect for us. We just needed somewhere to sleep and relax when not with the family. It was very clean, had everything we needed and located right down the street from the main birthday event. Ron was great to work with and very nice. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay while venturing out for the day I'd highly recommend.

Bike week stay

Stayed there for Daytona bike week. Place is a 45 minute ride to Daytona worked out great for us. Place has everything you need and Ron the owner was great to deal with. I would stay there again. Thanks

we stopped on our way back from north carolina to Miami in crescen city, wonderful scenery and a very convenient distance from St. Augustine. the apartment very well located, very friendly people, good local restaurants. Department with everything you need for a family of 5.

Vacation

This was our first ever out of state vacation and we have 5 kids. The house was amazing and clean. The check in and check out process was easy. We had an amazing time. Stores are close by if you need anything. We mostly drove to beaches but they do have a folder with local entertainment and food.
