Relaxing location away from all the hustle and bustle. Calm and peaceful lakeside home. Plenty of room for everyone. Teens and adults alike had fun. Would totally rent from them again!
We had a great weekend staying in this lake house. Service was not good so if allowed us to take a break from electronics (WiFi available if you can’t live without) It slept 15 comfortably. Views were beautiful. The stairs to the dock are very steep
We needed a place to house our whole wedding party while also being relatively close to our venue in Clinton. This place was perfect! Everyone was able to have their own space.
Accommodated our grown kids and grandkids well with everyone having their own space. Decks were nice. Dock worked well to have our boat in the water all week. Highly recommend.
The property manager was easy to work with, and I am thankful as we had a plumber in the house working on plumbing and pipes for 2 of our vacation days! Property is nice, home had several items for entertainment, but it was a little worn and well lived in. Overall, we had a great time because of the location.
It was a beautiful lake house, well equipped kitchen, Perfect location, right smack up in the middle of twin Cove Marina and Mountain Lake Marina. There were a couple things that went wonky and I reached out to the property manager and they were there within an hour. Great communication. I would definitely definitely stay here again.
This house was well lived in. Very nice views, but the house was lacking some essentials: blender, there was no filtered water- unless you bring bottled water, the sink was the only option, no cookie sheet. Nothing to clean the dishes (no scrub brush, wash rag). There was two garbage bags, two paper towels , nothing for the washing machine. Most homes we’ve rented have provided these things especially with the nearest store 23 minutes away. Not a big deal but would have been helpful while packing for this trip. Mattresses were very, very soft. This home has two stories. We only found one thermostat. The upstairs stayed warm while the downstairs was freezing. It was hard to balance out the temperature. Also the dock is shaded from 3/4pm on. We made the most of it and had a great time, just wish I would have known some of these things before booking.
The driveway turn is tricky to enter but other than that the place was well maintained and the view was spectacular!

Perfect Family Getaway
We had an amazing 5-day weekend at “Evan’s Heaven!” The house was clean, well furnished, and had spectacular views. The dock was perfect for the kids to play off of for hours and the stairs gave a good “vacation workout!” Close enough to town to run to for groceries and other needed things, yet far away from regular life. Highly recommend getting up for a sunrise-it’s stunning on the lake!
There were many light bulbs out and no supply, including fridge, range top. Also the gas tank was out so the stove was not working.. very quick response fixing though. Overall we had a good trip
The house was vkeqn and comfortable. Beautiful views and great amenities. Will stay there again.

This house exceeded our expectations. Very cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Has all of the modern amenities and more. Suitable for children of all ages and plenty of entertainment for those rainy days. Easy to get to from the interstate and plenty of parking in the driveway. Great location on the lake with awesome private dock. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Evan's Family!
