Newly renovated large studio apartment in Burleigh water's. 43 sq m..
Private entrance .
* 3 minute walk to the local sports club ,5 minute walk to the cafe & local foodworks for shopping. centrally located.
Included is a large modern kitchen with a separate laundry shower area . Timber flooring and an outdoor area with bbq for your convenience.
Our house is at the back of studio.
Enterance is up the driveway.
Fishing rods supplied, just a quick 30 second walk through the park to the lake. Beautiful views on sunset😊🌅
We welcome monthly stays at discounted prices.
Private entrance .
