Wake up, take a quick stroll down Main Street, grab some coffee at Whisk, sandwiches at Nauset Farms, then head just 1 mile to Nauset Beach by bike or car, or even walking if you’re up for it, and enjoy this amazing Orleans location! Within walking distance to several restaurants and stores (Whisk, Nauset Farms, Barley Neck Inn, The Rail…) this home is a great option for those who like to travel by car and on foot, and offers great access to nearby amenities. Located at a midway point on the Cape so its easier to visit places like Chatham or Ptown for the day. Head directly west from the home and you’ll find Skaket Beach, which offers a bayside beach option for those who prefer the warmer, calmer bay waters.

Back at the home, the large yard and deck area is perfect for enjoying the outdoor space, with a gas grill, outdoor shower, and seating. Inside the clean and newly furnished home is a great place to relax. With central air, you’ll stay cool in this home even during the hottest of days. The first floor offers a semi-open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area all in close proximity, which provides a great place for everyone to gather. The light-filled living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, and a flatscreen TV.



The right side of the home, on the first floor, offers two bedrooms; one has a queen bed, and the other has a twin bunk bed plus a twin single. Spacious layout, quiet, and convenient location. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking & assorted utensils. Nice large deck, gas grill, deck furniture and outdoor shower. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a great place with great location to the beach, coffee shops etc. The house is well appointed and the everything was great. 4 pm check in and 9 am check out were a little tough but other than that a great place.

Columbus day weekend

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This house was perfect!!! Great location on a quiet street. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and with the games that were at the home. Whenever at the Cape again would definitely stay here.

Great location, clean and comfortable house, perfect trip!

Loved this house! My family of 5 rented the house to be near Nauset beach, and we loved the proximity to the beach and all activities in Orleans and Chatham. We even had some friends visit for two nights so we had the max 10 and it was great to have room for them to join us! I love that the sheets and towels are all in place and I didn’t even have to wash them when we left like other houses require! So convenient! Would definitely stay here again!
