In accordance with the Town of Seabrook Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This waterfront Seabrook Island vacation rental is located in Bohicket Marina Village, a gated community less than a mile outside of the Seabrook Island security gate. The two-story villa offers two bedrooms, a spacious wraparound deck overlooking Bohicket Creek and the marina, and access to the seasonal community pool.

Upon entering the villa, you will immediately notice the water view through the sliding glass doors in the living area. The main living area offers coastal chic décor, plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the waterfront deck. Guests can also relax in the secondary living area, which has a comfortable sofa and a TV. The spacious, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent breakfast area has a bar area with a wine cooler, dining table with seating for two, and access to the deck. The main dining area, located in the front of the villa, offers seating for six.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature stunning views of the water. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, sitting area, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the first floor, there is also half bathroom and a third full bathroom.

Incredible sunsets over the water can be seen from the generous back deck. The deck has dining space for six and plenty of chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the view.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Bohicket Marina Village is a gated community located less than a mile outside of the main gate of Seabrook Island. Guests have access to Bohicket Marina Village’s seasonal community pool. Guests have access to the Seabrook Island beaches but do not have access to any Seabrook Island Club amenities or the Beach Club. With the purchase of a Seabrook Island amenity pass, guests may access the Seabrook Island Lake House, which has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness center.

Beachwalker Park, located on the west end of Kiawah Island, offers public access to Kiawah Island’s beautiful beach.

Seabrook Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

We loved staying at this property! It was clean, quiet and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. There was a small issue with a gate pass we needed to get to the beach but Nancy had it taken care of in no time. Highly recommend!

Decor and furnishings were very nice, kitchen well stocked, and very generous supply of towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods. Large balcony that has covered and uncovered spaces to enjoy beautiful views in any weather.

Fantastic vacation destination. Beautiful villa in a small, quiet gated community with gorgeous views of the marina & waterways. Within walking/bicycling distance to shops and restaurants. Great community pool and access to beach within Seabrook. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice quality linens. It was hard to say goodbye. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location

The view from this unit is spectacular looking over marina and marsh. Unit is nicely decorated and is walking distance to Freshfield village. You will have to get your own amenity pass. I would definitely rent this again.

Paradise

This is a wonderful stay right on the marina. Not only is it a beautiful view, there’s a constant nice breeze, quiet, and peaceful. Just what we needed. The condo is spacious, very comfortable, and well-stocked. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed sitting and eating on the large deck. It was easy getting heading into Charleston and the Freshfields Village is so convenient-groceries, eateries, a post office, and shopping. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in years!

Amazing place!

We recently stayed at Bohicket Marina in South Carolina while attending a wedding on Seabrook Island, and we absolutely loved it! The house was not only beautiful but also immaculately clean and very easy to find and access. The surrounding area was gorgeous, adding to the charm of our visit. A word of advice for future visitors: consider renting a car or arranging a car service, as Uber/Lyft availability can be limited and scheduling one might be challenging depending on the time of the day. We were able to get by with ubers though and only had one trip take a while to get picked up. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. We'll be back!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was very nicely decorated and clean, but we spent the majority of our time outside. You can’t beat the views from the deck, so we ate any meal that we could out there! The boardwalk is nice and walkable, with two restaurants and ice cream at one end. Very quiet smaller set of condos where we always felt safe! Bonus was a small pool that was within walking distance for quick swims or tanning naps! Beach was an easy drive through beautiful seabrook island, and we never had an issue with crowding or parking. My only complaint-not of this property at all- is that the food in the area is limited, just okay and usually very packed. We would definitely plan to make more meals at the condo next time and enjoy that deck even more!

Beautiful

This condo is beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come here again. Well cleaned, beautiful home! Views on the quiet marina are amazing!! We enjoyed the beaches nearby. The pool is nice, less then 5 minute walk, and my kids (ages 7, 10 and 11) really liked the deep part of the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk down the boardwalk to dinner and ice cream. Live music some nights outside Salty Dog cafe makes a relaxing evening on the boardwalk/marina watching the sunset and eating ice cream. Grocery store 4 minutes away in Freshfields Village. The furnishings in the condo are beautifully done and well kept. The porch is large and spacious. We ate many meals on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful views!

We loved this property and location! All amenities were as described, everything was very clean!

This rental was beautiful, super clean, and plenty big enough for our family. Everything was as pictured with lots of extras. We loved watching the water from the large balcony and our kids saw dolphins and otters! It was just far enough from downtown Charleston to make an easy commute a few days of our stay. The marina is beautiful, peaceful and quiet and had many amenities we enjoyed like live music, bars and restaurants. This rental was one we will return to!
