The galley kitchen has a large island bench, a walk-in pantry, a 900mm gas stove, a dishwasher and a matte black sink, completed with high-end finishings and soft close drawers. There is a guest powder room upstairs for added convenience.

Designed to be a relaxing oasis for families and large groups, this home oozes with space and style. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, Split System Air Conditioning and louvre windows all add to the coastal feel of this home. The spacious main bedroom upstairs encapsulates views of the rolling waves and provides a retreat-like environment for its guests. Complete with a luxury ensuite and walk-in-robe. The ensuite has a double vanity, and modern fixtures and is finished off perfectly with the spa-like rainfall shower. From the bedroom, a glass sliding door opens up to a private corner of the balcony. What a perfect way to end your week, with a wine in hand, sitting on your balcony watching the waves roll in!

The downstairs layout flows with ease. A central second living room can be found with 4 generous bedrooms coming off the living space from each corner. Continuing with the theme of upstairs, you are lucky enough to enjoy those sea views from downstairs too. The living room is light and bright with two ceiling fans, Split System Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and louvre windows. This is the perfect combination to get that sea breeze flowing through the home in the warmer months but will also keep you cosy during the winter.

The modern three-way main bathroom has a vanity, separate toilet, gorgeous free-standing bathtub and yet another rainfall showerhead. The high-end laundry has plenty of bench space and storage and provides direct access to the home from the carport.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate

The yard is fully fenced (colourbond fencing and 1.8m high gates) and landscaped including a lawn area. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside!
