The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The cozy living room includes a wood-burning fireplace and a large TV with an expanded DirecTV package—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. A half bathroom is also located on this level. From the dining area, step out onto the screened-in back porch, complete with a spacious outdoor dining table, cushioned seating, and a large Big Green Egg grill—ideal for enjoying mountain evenings.

On the upper loft level, you'll find the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, large TV with DirecTV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The lower level hosts the second bedroom, also with a king bed, DirecTV, and full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. This level also includes a second living area with a sleeper sofa and an additional TV, along with a laundry room for added convenience.

Step outside to the lower patio, accessible from both the bedroom and living area, where you'll find lounge chairs and a fenced backyard area—perfect for four-legged guests. (Please note: per HOA rules, pets may not be left unattended outside.)

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
