San Chelsea 16 is a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment located across from Bilinga Beach.
The perfect beachside apartment has been beautifully renovated throughout and offers stunning ocean views over the manicured gardens and swimming pool.
From the moment you enter, your eyes will be drawn out to the stunning blue coastline. The ocean views and sound of the waves breaking, will allow you to instantly slip into holiday mode.
The apartment is located on the first floor (walk up) and features 2 bedrooms – master with luxurious king-sized bed, private balcony and bathroom access.
The second bedroom has a single bed plus bunk bed and reverse cycle air-conditioning, which filters through to the master bedroom.
The spacious bathroom has separate shower, bath and toilet. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has been renovated and offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including a dishwasher.
The loungeroom features reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and flat screen TV.
Step outside to your spacious and private beachfront balcony with stunning ocean views over the manicured gardens and swimming pool. It is only a short walk to the patrolled section of beach in front of North Kirra Surf Club.
San Chelsea 16 features timber look floorboards and tasteful furnishings throughout, which evoke a relaxed coastal vibe and allow you to slip into holiday mode as soon as you arrive.
San Chelsea is a small secure complex with a wide frontage to beach and features an inground swimming pool set amongst lush tropical gardens. There is secure parking for one car - parking height is 1.9m max.

All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
