Casa Del Rey 4 is located on the second level (lift access) of this Mediterranean styled boutique complex of just 2 apartments per floor, on the golden sands of Bilinga Beach. The apartment has been beautifully updated with new furnishings and features to ensure a truly blissful holiday.
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each with their own balcony offering refreshing breezes and ocean views.
The master bedroom offers king bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom offers queen bed and the third has 2 king single beds perfect for your next family holiday. All bedrooms offer reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The main bathroom offers walk in shower plus separate bath and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
After a big day in the sun, you will enjoy relaxing in the cool, tiled loungeroom with reverse cycle air-conditioning, flat screen smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel Kayo (Fox Sports), free unlimited Wifi, books and games.
The loungeroom leads through to the beachfront balcony with stunning ocean views from Surfers Paradise in the North to Coolangatta in the South.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher.
The apartment has been beautifully styled with blissful, coastal décor and comfortable furnishings. With plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, stunning ocean views and an absolute beachfront location, this is sure to become your new favourite holiday spot.
Casa Del Rey offers swimming pool and spa (not heated), intercom and secure underground parking for 2 cars. There is also lift access, so it is perfect for families travelling with your children or guests with mobility concerns.

* Please note there is a new building being constructed on the northern side of this property and expected completion is November 2027. This may result in noise/ dust and other disruptions at times. Unit 4 is situated on the southern side and is not looking directly at this project. Nightly tariffs reflect any inconvenience caused during these works. *
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
