~ The Space ~
Luxury tiny living at its best! Your space has everything you will need for the duration of your stay. The studio is situated at the rear of our house and you will have your own entrance through the side gate. The queen bed has a memory foam mattress and pillows and quality linen sheets and Sheridan towels. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed, please let us know in advance if you will need this so we can supply extra linen. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and has a built in chrome cast. The TV can be swivelled around to enjoy watching from the bed as well as from the sofa. We have a full size kitchen with oven, cook top & microwave, as well as a coffee pod machine and toaster, we supply coffee pods, tea bags and sugar also cooking oil salt and pepper. The bathroom has a ABI rain water shower head and hand held extension. There is a washing machine also. We are only a few minutes walk from the CBD of Mudgee. You will have your own private access with a locked box for 100% contactless arrival. We have a security camera that points towards our back gate. This is for security purposes and would not invade your privacy at all. Breakfast is supplied, cranola, fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Lovely tiny home

Our stay in Mudgee was fantastic. The tiny home was cosy and have everything we needed. Donna was an excellent host and would not hesitate to stay there again.

About the host

Your host

I have been in the short time rental industry for over 5 years now. I first started off as a housekeeper, setting up properties ready for guests. I then moved on to co-hosting other people's properties to eventually building a 'Tiny Studio' at the rear of our property. I know how to make each guest feel relaxed and to totally enjoy their time in our studio while visiting our little town.

Why they chose this property

While 2020 was a challenging time for us all, we decided to use the money we put aside for an overseas holiday towards building a 'Tiny House' at the rear of our house. I have always been fascinated with 'Tiny Houses'. While designing our studio we took care in making sure we could fit all the homely comforts into the space by using up every bit of room to include a full kitchen including tiny dishwasher, full sink and oven also hotplate and microwave oven and a fridge. The shower as all ABI tap ware including a rainwater shower head and hand held hose. There is also a washing machine. The bed has beautiful linen sheets and the towels are Sheridan. The Sofa can be pulled out into a comfy double bed. There is a smart tv on the wall and you can watch while sitting on the sofa or swivel it around to watch in bed. You can also enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the deck. We also have a seperate entrance so there is no contact needed but, we are always available if you need anything.

We are only a short 4 min walk to the main town. There you will find an abundance of restaurants, quirky wine bars, coffee shops and lovely homeware shops.
