Golden Gully Cottage! - Pet friendly, Eco friendly!
Secluded and peaceful bush cottage on 57 acres with mountain view and walking tracks only 25 minutes drive from Mudgee's CBD and Wineries.
This property has all the comforts of home with a country bush feel.
The cottage is tastefully decorated with a mix of new and 70's retro and can accomodate 2 people with its mix of 3 sleeping options such as a queen sized bed, sofa bed and day bed on the veranda.
If you're not wanting to leave a carbon footprint then this is the place for you.
The Cottage is solar powered, has thermal hot water and an eco friendly shower and toilet.
A wood burner stove in the living room makes the cottage warm and cosy during winter and can also be used for cooking.
There is also a gas stove top and oven as well as a gas heater in the living room.
STARLINK Internet is also provided which provides excellent wifi reception for a remote, secluded and hilly area.
The property itself has over 57 acres of sparsely covered timbered hills with its many walking tracks to explore the abundant wildlife and beautiful flora.
If its peace and quiet you're after then this is the place to escape.
THE PROPERTY ITSELF IS ACCESSED BY AN UNSEALED 500 METRE ROAD/DRIVEWAY (SEE LISTING PHOTOS). THE DRIVEWAY IS SUITABLE FOR ALL 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND MOST MEDIUM TO LARGE 2 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES.
HOST CURRENTLY DRIVES A MEDIUM SIZED MG FRONT WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE (SEE LISTING PHOTOS) AND CURRENTLY THE DRIVEWAY IS SUITABLE FOR THAT VEHICLE.
THE DRIVEWAY DOES HAVE A FEW BUMPY SECTIONS BUT IF YOU KEEP YOUR SPEED UNDER 25KM IN THOSE SECTIONS THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES.
IF GUESTS ARE UNSURE ABOUT THEIR VEHICLE NOT BEING SUITABLE SUCH AS A VEHICLE WITH LOW CLEARANCE, THEN PLEASE CONTACT HOST FOR FEEDBACK PRIOR TO BOOKING.
