About this property

Book now for Summer! Waterfront home with boat dock, screened-in porch, large deck

Located along Lake Winnipesaukee, property #442 is an early 1900’s era home with a guest cottage, impressive views, and spectacular outdoor space. It can accommodate a total of 8 guests in the home proper—as well as 2 in the guest cottage—making it ideal for a Lakes Region getaway with family and friends. With an expansive yard, 26’ boat dock, screened-in porch, and a waterside deck, guests will find it easy to enjoy the “great outdoors”.

The first floor of the home features a cozy living room replete with comfortable seating, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen features plenty of counterspace for meal preparation, and ample cabinetry for storage, as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a large table in the dining room that can seat eight. There is a second refrigerator in the mudroom.

The spectacular screened-in porch is accessible off the living room. With plenty of outdoor seating, guests can relax while taking in the impressive lake views. The gas grill is perfect for preparing meals al fresco that can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table.

Delight in sunny summer days playing yard games on the lawn, relaxing on the waterside deck, as well as swimming and boating on the lake.

At the end of the day, guests can get some rest in one of four comfortable bedrooms on the second floor of the main house and one bedroom in the guest cottage (details below).

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, as well as a desk and dresser. There are also two queen-sized bedrooms, both with dressers and closets. The kids in your group will enjoy staying in the fourth bedroom, with its two twin beds. There is a shared full-bathroom with a shower-over-tub on the second floor.

Guest Cottage
The cozy guest cottage has its own fully equipped kitchen, a small dining and living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing.
Property as described. Very clean. Beds/pillows comfortable. Spent most of our time on the screened in porch. Especially enjoyed hearing/seeing the loon family as they floated by. Very peaceful.
