Why they chose this property

Lapping Waters has been in the family since 1922, with the original lake house burning down in 1960. The house was rebuilt as a one level ranch style cottage. Generations have grown up at Lapping Waters, with great memories, as it is truly one of the best locations on the lake.

What makes this property unique

Lapping Waters offers a private location on LW, yet is close enough to numerous attractions in Wolfeboro, Meredith, Portsmouth, Conway, NH and Portland , ME to take advantage of many outdoor activities, shopping and restaurants. Much to do and/or see, or simply relax lake side!
