Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for everyone Located in the heart of NH Lakes Region, which includes Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Waukewan, Squam Lake, Lake Winnisquam and Newfound Lake. Enjoy NH stunning natural landscapes in all 4 seasons (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring).

Our recently renovated home has 3,900 sqft of living space with indoor and outdoor entertainment for your entire family.

The first floor has a great open concept layout to the fully equipped kitchen, family room and dining room, as well as a full bathroom, laundry room, closet, 2 bedroom and a relaxing formal living room with a nice fireplace where anyone can have a quiet time to read their favorite book and sip on a cup of coffee or tea.

The second floor has 2 additional bedroom full bathroom, work space and an oasis master suite.

The lower level has a nice entertaining game room with pool table, lounge area, Xbox, foosball table and board games.

There is also outside entertainment with a large size deck, gazebo and a large back yard with amazing view of what nature has to offer. Cornhole game to play in the back yard.

Bring the little ones with you! The house is fully equipped to make your kids feel at home. Books, toys, changing table, high chair, baby gates, dinnerware, portable pack play-yard and portable crib.

Property is located in Meredith, NH in the Meredith Neck district within 1 minute drive to Lake Winnipesauke 7 minutes from down town (Meredith Bay) and short drive to many attractions in the lake region.

We have 3 working security camera outside. One is on the side of the garage pointing toward the house. Second on the left front side of the house pointing toward the front of the house. Third on the smart lock keypad pointing the driveway/entrance. These cameras will be on during your stay.

This is a great property. It’s convenient to Meredith and the Lake. The house itself is very nicely done. Plenty of things for our kids (ages 3-12) to do inside and out. The entire booking, check-in and checkout process were very easy. Yahaira was available to answer any questions we had and make sure our stay was perfect. I’d recommend this property to anyone (with or without kids).

Family Vacation

Stayed here with my family for a week long vacation. We all enjoyed our time and it was a perfect spot for us. Great yard, deck, and other amenities that made for a relaxing and fun vacation

Beautiful updates home w a lot of character!

We had a great stay in Meredith for the Laconia bike week rally. Meredith was a beautiful town, on the lake, this rental is close to town and shops/restaurants. Great communication w property owner/manager… had a few issues w light bulbs and empty propane tanks hut were resolved quickly. Tons of parking. A lot of living space. Beds are memory foam and very comfy! Not a ton of kitchenware (we like to cook and have coffee every morning) but nice island and dining area to hang out, nice deck and grill, also. The updates are nice and decor well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay here

This is a great place to stay for a weekend at Lake Winni. It’s a short drive to the lake from the house and also not far from Weirs beach. The house is very nice. It’s spacious with plenty of beds, new appliances, a deck with a fire pit and a big backyard. I would stay here again next time I visit Lake Winni.
