We stayed at the house during the long weekend in October. We had the most amazing time thereSpacious home with incredible convenience. We loved our time here! The house is beautifully maintained and very spacious. It's located in a great area that makes it easy to get around. House was great. The pictures were accurate. Plenty of space and had everything we needed for the weekend. The two refrigerators made storage a breeze. Big kitchen made cooking easy. The pool table was a lot of fun. Plenty of parking. We didn't get to make full use of the pool because it was too cold but it would be awesome in warm weather. We utilized the fire pit and the grill. 5 minutes from everything we needed.

Large group of women(15)for our annual girls weekend. This house is very nice overall it fit our needs as far as space, beds and the kitchen. However there are many things that are in need of maintenance. Also the owner or management company did not inform us of the major construction going on in the back yard during our stay. Had I not talked to the owner to request an earlier check in i would not have known at all. It was much more of a project than he insinuated. It did keep us from the use of the back yard due to all the construction and materials around. I will send a list to the owner regarding the broken and not working issues as I feel they should be given a chance to addess those and repair them. The cleaning crew (one young man) was there when we arrived at around 2:30 but stayed continuing to clean until 5:30. We were scheduled for check in after 3pm. As i said we enjoyed the bones of the house the kitchen is the best after we figured out how to work the stove top. All the dining spaces and tables allowed us to spread out and do multiple things at any given time. The living room is comfy but could use a couple side tables or a coffee table. If some of the maintenance issues could be remedied would definetly rent again.

Better than the photos!

Had a great time staying at this house in Belmont. The kitchen has a great layout to have people bustling about, and the living room with the pool table and TV was a great way to kick back. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. I would come again!

Excellent weekend away with a group

This house was such a find. It sleeps so many adults comfortably. There is so much space and comfortable couches. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and platters, etc. Check in and check out were really easy. It was the best house we could have asked for.

Family getaway

This house was the perfect space for our family ski trip. It allowed for families to have their own space and but great communal spaces. Would definitely go back!

This was a great house for a large group of people, everybody slept comfortably and we were able to fit comfortably in the living spaces. Plenty of room in the kitchen for meals. Location was great as the house was close to all amenities. However, the house needs improvements with cleanliness.

Christmas getaway

The house was beautiful, enough space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. I can’t wait to go back during the summer and experience the back yard.

Neglected Property

While the capacity and location of the home served, as promised, every corner revealed something that was in disrepair, damaged, oddly cluttered or less than clean, with a truly heinous stain on the master BR mattress discovered while stripping beds at the end of the stay. There was food the fridge when we arrived, the dishwasher was still full and there was a load of towels in the dryer. The front porch was filled with beat up Christmas lawn decorations + an old couch and, while the listing clearly announces video surveillance outside, there are cameras inside the home, as well. Had I made the time to check this place out in advance, I'd have kept looking.

Family Vaca

The house was beautiful and we found plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. There was a construction worker on site working at the carriage house and he said he had no idea that people were renting the house for the weekend. The first night we noticed the one door in the dining room did not lock and the knob fell off of it outside and in the morning it was windy and we heard the carriage house door banging with the wind. We tried to call the property manager but he did not answer, he called back but I missed the call and when I tried to call back there he did not answer nor did he call again. The next time I tried to call was because the bathtub upstairs was in use and it started leaking through the ceiling but he did not answer or return my call. No text message either. But, the house was beautiful and the children all had fun things to do. It was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The boys were sad the pool table was not there but they did enjoy shuffle board!

Very disappointing.

The owner had movers come while I was renting to remove the couches from the entertainment area, gave me $100 and asked me to ask the movers to bring up the couch in the basement in place of what they were removing. The couch in basement was dusty, dirty and covered with boxes. The movers refused because of the smell in the basement. The audacity to even attempt to bring old dusty musty smelling couches for my family to "relax" on. It is not my responsibility to ensure this stuff gets done, the owner should've have this done before renting it, hence left me and my family with nothing to sit on. We had to move couches in order to sit in the entertainment room, causing a pinched nerve in my neck, and being bedridden my entire trip!!! The kitchen was a complete disorganized mess. Utensils in every single kitchen drawer (about 14 kitchen drawers), not labeled so trying to find things were hassle. Yard was dirty, too many bugs. I suggest having the yard sprayed if your renting it out, nobody want to sit outside being attacked by bugs all day long. Took us 3 hours to get the grill to work. The porch furniture chairs were basically school chairs to seat a child, uncomfortable to say the least. The house needs major updating for the amount they charge to rent it. I recommend to NOBODY. ZERO STARS

The check in process was easy and the property manager was nice. This house was huge and a great location for our weekend near the lake. Everyone had a bed which was a huge plus for our large group. However, there were a few issues: none of the sliding doors locked which was concerning given this was a girl’s trip. The outside pool area is surrounded by caution tape and looks like a full construction zone. This was not advertised. Also want to flag the listing states there is a bedroom on the main level and that is not true, all of the bedrooms are up a full flight of stairs which was an issue for one of our guests who recently had hip surgery.

Great for bachelor party

Plenty of beds and driving distance to some lake towns. The one large room on the top floor has 7 beds which some people might be turned off about but it worked great for us. Beds were all very comfortable. Owner was friendly during check in

Great stay all around!

We had an amazing experience here! From booking to check-in to the weekend stay, everything was smooth and easy. Robert was excellent with answering questions, allowing an early check-in and an extended checkout, and was very responsive with communication. I met property managers Brandon, Jared, and Craig when I arrived and they were super helpful (and gave a great pizza delivery recommendation)! The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our group, clean and organized, and well stocked with all of the essentials we needed for our stay. Every member of our group was raving about what a great find the house was! I would absolutely recommend booking with Robert again, and our group is already talking about returning next year Thank you for a great weekend!

Clean, spacious, overall awesome house great for gatherings. The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard and pool are beautiful and wonderful to spend time in. Also, two fridges!! I would definitely stay here again.
