About the host
Hosted by Diane Lovine

Diane and Fred spent most of their adult lives in Wilmington, MA. We have two sons, one in high school and one at FSU. In 2015 we moved down to Florida to enjoy the warmer climate and give the kids an opportunity to know their FL family. We now live in the Sarasota area and own a small business there but have always had the goal of returning to New England for summers and plan to spend more and more of the year up here as we near retirement.
We purchased this home as a vacation and retirement home that brings us closer to friends and family in New England. We love all that this area has to offer; boating, hiking, fishing, skiing, and a rural setting that is close to restaurants and shops.

Why they chose this property
From the moment we first viewed this home, we couldn't wipe the smiles off of our faces. The views are absolutely stunning! In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are plenty of things to do and see in Tilton, Meredith, and Gilford, all within 20 minutes, but the neighborhood and this part of the lake are serene.
What makes this property unique
The splendid views capture you when you enter this lovely custom-built home. This is such a magical place. A wonderful entertainment spot with plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The home is large and very well laid out with enough space for large gatherings, yet plenty of rooms to retreat to for peace and quiet. There is a sitting room at the back of the house where we love to sit with our coffee in swivel rockers and watch the loons in the mornings. The patio offers the best dining spot on the lake to watch boaters and birds.
