The space
The main floor features an open-concept large living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a formal dining room with a table for 12.

The master bedroom includes a king bed with en-suite bathroom and a beautiful bay window with seating area looking out onto the lake.

There are 2 more bedrooms on this level: one with a queen bed and the other with two single twin beds. We also have a private bonus room on this floow with a queen sleeper sofa and fantastic lake views. There is an additional full bath and half bath on this floor as well.

This level also includes multiple doors accessing the beautiful back porch, which is half-open and half-screened in. Great seating areas for everyone to enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy a wide view of the lake.

There is a paved driveway with basketball hoop, and ample parking for up to 4 cars, with garage parking for an additional car. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator available for you to use in the garage.

The stairs to the finished lower level bring you to a beautiful space that features amazing stone work and a custom-built recreation space with bar. Lake Wicwas has 4-5 islands. These islands are all private property and you are not allowed on them. They are not trash cans, fishing spots, nor are they public bathrooms.

Specifically, the house has security cameras at the Front Door looking outside at the front yard and driveway, and at the Back Deck looking outside at the backyard. These cameras ONLY look outside the home, and they are there for your group's safety and security.
