Lovely roomy waterfront house in Meredith Bay. Owner was very responsive and helpful . The kitchen was very well equipped with a great array of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. and a nice kitchen to work in. We particularly appreciated the water toys that were available such as kayaks, paddle boards, floatees, etc. We had a great time with maximum of 9 adults and 5 kids (varied stays).

Really lovely common spaces. Great access to the water, dock, fire pit. Lots of games and water toys. We had a really excellent week!We appreciated the air mattresses already on site, but there really wasn't a lot of room for them in rooms with doors, without moving some of the furniture.If you are planning on using the bunk beds - these are definitely CHILD sized, not a regular twin bed where you can put an adult child.

This property is outstanding for all ages and a wonderful location for extended family gatherings. The hosts have provided everything you might want or need. And the Meredith area has activities for all interests within an hour drive. Both a lovely and comfortable home!

Perfect Getaway

Gorgeous home and location! We had a mix of ages from 1-65 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The house was in a perfect location and offered plenty to do. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We had a great time at Tye's place on the lake! He was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and all the kids enjoyed playing in the water, in the sand and in the backyard. We are already thinking ahead to booking at his place again next summer!

Great house, great week.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the house. Great location, wonderful beach/dock and a home equipped with everything needed to make for a relaxed enjoyable vacation. Tye is a great host and was extremely responsive anytime I needed to contact him.

Great time!

Being directly on the lake was a big plus. Rented a pontoon boat from Meredith Marina and docked it at the house. Welcome gift basket was a nice gesture!

Fantastic property, a wonderful experience

This is our third stay at this property, as it has always been such a positive experience for us. The house is beautiful and extremely well stocked, the location is perfect, and we made great use of the kayaks and paddle boards out on the lake. Tye is a great host, extremely responsive to any questions or needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you!

A perfect place to stay!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family’s vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us, a beautiful yard and beach, everything was very clean and neat, and it felt very private. You couldn’t even see the neighbors houses. The owner of the property was readily available if needed. We had a wonderful time staying here.

50th wedding anniversary/family vacation

We celebrated our anniversary with our adult children, their spouses and grandchildren.The location was ideal, on the lake and walk or bike to town. The home was equipped with every amenity you could need and wish for.

Family and Friend Getaway!

We had a big group of kids, teens, and adults and had an absolute blast on this property! The house was spacious and beautiful (even better than the pics) and had everything we could possibly want and need (indoors and outdoors)! Tye was super quick to respond when we had a couple of questions and he was so kind. We loved everything about our stay!

From start to finish this home was perfect. They’ve thought of everything and made sure it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Just About Perfect!

Besides being a gorgeous property perfect for families with young kids with its safe little beach, this was the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed at in our years of renting vacation homes. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a great time, from paddle boards, kayaks and bikes to details like a well-stocked keurig coffee machine and everything needed to enjoy s’mores around the fire pit. The location is great, too, with restaurants, shops and attractions all within a short drive. I give it 5 well-earned stars.

This home is beautiful. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 10 with ages ranging from 7 to 79. The kids "wing" with the bunkbeds and boat bed trundle were so fun - the bunks are perfect for our 7 & 10 year olds, but would probably be tight for teenagers. The kids having their own bathroom was especially appreciated. Right next door to this - the game room was fantastic, The kids now want a Super Chex game for home ( & maybe the "grown boys" want one too!) The other bedrooms were large and comfortable with terrific built in's to unpack and feel like home. The primary bedroom was amazing. In addition to the game room, the additional 2 living areas were great gathering spots. Plenty of seating for us all to be together. The lawn area between the house and the water was flat and roomy enough for yard games. The water had a sloped entry - we recommend water shoes for the older folks as it was a little rocky - but the kids didn't seem to mind it at all. Docking our boat was easy and the dock is in great shape. There were plenty of beach towels available for all.Communication with the owner was outstanding. The welcome package notes were more thorough than any I have ever received and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. We had a couple of one-off hiccups at the house and the owner's response was immediate. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this VRBO.

What a glorious 50th Wedding Anniversary family reunion at Water’s Edge on gorgeous Lake Winnipesaukee! The well-appointed, spacious and fully-equipped house was perfect for our immediate family of 16 (which included 8 grandkids ages 2 to 14). The incredible welcome basket, sandy beach and ABUNDANT water toys were enjoyed by all. Everyone loves to cook, so family meals were great fun with the fabulous kitchen, grill and huge dining table. Communication was excellent – speedy responses to all our questions and requests. Thank you, Tye for sharing your extraordinary home, allowing us to create cherished memories!

Great week!

This property was great! It had everything we could have wanted for our group, which ranged from 1yo-65yo, even on a few rainy days. Tye was very available for any questions I had throughout the week and also shared a lot of helpful information about the area! The beach was great for the 4 little kids and the dock was nice for our boat/the grown-ups. We were there for 4th of July and could see the fireworks in Meredith from the dock. It was an excellent property! Highly recommend!

Meredith and Meredith Bay — A Merry Stay!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary by hosting our two sons, their wives and 7 grandchildren on this lakefront rental. The home was comfortable and allowed each family to have their own floor. The amenities available such as standup paddle boards, kayaks, a beach, a game room, a spa, a bunk room for kids, a kitchen and barbecue with all the necessities, a fire pit, a dock for fishing or boating kept us all busy and most importantly—happy being together. I never heard the words “I’m bored” from any grandchild ages 15 to 5. Tye the owner host communicated helpfully whenever a question or issue arose. Enjoy some time in this beautiful setting!

Perfect Lake House Vacation

Beautiful house right on the lake. Very clean. Lots of room for our group of 11 to hand out together indoors and outdoors. Most nights were spent around the outdoor fire pit. We rented a boat from the local marina, parked at the private dock and spent most of the day on the lake. House is also stocked with canoes, kayaks, pebble boards and bicycles - which was great and all had been well maintained. Host was very responsive. Absolutely no complaints, would recommend for anyone.
