Great communication. Wonderful space for a large group- everyone had a bit of privacy. Quiet neighborhood and ice cream shop right out the front door! We’ll be back, for sure!

There was something broke in all three units. Broken toilet in one unit. Broken AC unit in the same unit. The noise from the bar below is veryyyyyy very loud and the bar closes at 1:30 AM. Overall quality is poor of furnishings.

Overall we had a pleasant stay with good communication with the host. The linens, kitchens, and bathrooms were clean.The kitchen was not well stocked at all. The cookware, glassware, and utensils were not sufficient in number for the amount of guests the house accommodates. Keep this in mind if you plan to prepare food here. The appliances were quite sufficient and clean.The common living spaces were not particularly clean. Under one of the couches we found a pair of scissors and a pizza crust. There was a general feeling that the common spaces had not been cleaned in a while. The parking in the back was difficult as we were competing with the first floor businesses for spaces. That was a definite issue.
