The Space:

This unique apartment is located at the Handelskade in the city center of Willemstad, with the view over the harbour, the Emma bridge and the Juliana bridge. The Handelskade is one of the many UNESCO World Heritage sites on Curacao, with its vibrant, stylish and colourful appearance.



The apartment has all the necessary amenities for the perfect stay on Curacao. The accommodation comes with a stylish decorated living area, open kitchen with top of the line equipment, a clean and modern bathroom and a two comfortable bedrooms. Believe us if we tell you that you'll never get tired of the beautiful and unique view over the Sint Annabaai and Otrabanda.

The Neighborhood:

Punda District - Willemstad’s first colonial settlement , now a World Heritage site, this modern city center has a distinct Euro-Caribbean atmosphere, its preserved colonial buildings housing fashion boutiques, art galleries, and sidewalk cafés.



Wander down Punda's narrow cobblestoned alleys, then snap a signature photo at the Wilhelminapleins' giant Curaçao and Dushi signs. The neighborhood gets extra lively during the free Punda Vibes event every Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM, featuring an outdoor market, live music, and local folkloric dancing. Once a warehouse district for Dutch traders, the pedestrians-only Punda, a tangle of streets and alleys, still buzzes with commercial activity. The shops here sell a little bit of everything: embroidered linen tablecloths and Irish crystal, Caribbean-made rum and Curaçao liqueurs, Gouda and Edam cheeses and fashion accessories and leather goods.



Getting Around:

All restaurants, shops and activities in the city center are in a walking distance. For activities out of the center we strongly recommend to use a taxi or rent a car.

Location is very convenient, you should provide washcloths, you should have a toaster oven since there is not an oven on the premises. Other than those small instances I highly recommended, it was beautiful and everyone was so friendly, I would definitely return.

Spacious and a great view!!

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the evenings watching the bridge open to lit shops come thru. The apartment was more spacious than I imagined.

Great location!

Apt was clean, modern and well appointed. Great view of harbor. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Check-in at airport was easy. Room was not ready at 3:00 (more like 4:30) but we were able to leave our luggage in the apt and grabbed lunch at the Iguana Cafe downstairs. Great communication throughout.

City centre living

Beautiful historic building , in the heart of Willemstad. Recently renovated apartment, the location is perfect for those who enjoy easy access to cafes, restaurants and shopping, in Punda and across the Queen Emma bridge to Otrobanda . The apartment was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking St.Anna Bay. Within walking distance of local beaches, museums, art walks, short drive from the Aquarium, ostrich farm and aloe farm. So much to see and do in Curaçao and most welcoming, joyful atmosphere everywhere we went. Will be back next year for sure.

Great way to stay right in the heart of Willemstad

A great property for sure - right in the heart of things in Punda, short walk to cute Pietermaii district for more restaurants and across the bridge for even more to see/do! We didn't have enough time here to see it all. Close to museums, art walks, plenty to eat/shop! Easy check in and hosts were always communicative - via the app or WhatsApp. The unit was very clean, bright and well furnished. Nice kitchen and eating area - and even a washer/dryer - we only used once, but was also nice to just dry a few things before we had to pack up to fly home. They could use a dresser/table and maybe a chair in the front bedroom but only for a little extra surface space to set things. Lovely views, little balcony to enjoy. Only negative we had was very loud club music (felt like right under us) until about 11:20 on Thursday evening, but then it was over, a little street noise as everyone went home - but no late nights Friday or Saturday - just lovely live music outside that ended by 9 or 10, but you couldn't really hear it unless you opened the door and it was nice!You do have to walk with your bags when you check in/out, but one of us dropped the rest right at the alley for drop off and we found parking very easily on the street just around the corner the whole time we were here, then simply walked out. You can pay to park 8a-6pm, free in the evening and on Sundays. There is an elevator which is great-we used with bags, but we typically just used the stairs. Would come again!

Amazing location - bare bones apartment

For a short stay, this is a good apartment. The location is ideal for experiencing Willemstad. The apartment was very clean and the host staff are very nice and responsive.The downsides are not major and didn't have too much of an impact because of our short stay.First, the beds and bedding are not good. The beds are very firm and not comfortable. We were provided 3 proper pillows for 4 people and one of the pillows was stained and didn't have a pillowcase. Our adult children ended up using the pillows for the couch. Also, our bedspread was stained.The other item is the limit on "free" electricity usage. I understand the concept of forcing guests to turn off the A/C when not in the apartment, but we had no context for how much power we could use. We were always worried about using the A/C even when we were in the apartment. I do not know yet if we are going to be charged for using too much electricity even though we were very careful to limit our usage. I would rather pay a little more per night and not have to worry about it.If we come back to Willemstad, I would definitely work with Coral & Coco, but will be looking for another apartment with a bit more comfort.

Tolle Lage, apartment sauber aber schon leicht abgewohnt. Betten sehr gut. Sehr viele Handtücher. Housekeeping sehr gut. Küche war minimal eingerichtet.Besteck und Gläser für 4 Personen. Keine Eierbecher und Löffel. Kaum Töpfe und Pfannen.
