Upstairs, the main bedroom features an en-suite with a steam shower, bidet, and jetted tub with views of the Gore Range. There's also a guest bedroom and office nook. Downstairs, two guest king bedrooms have en-suites. The bunk room features double everything - two full and twin bunk beds, en-suite with two toilets and showers.

The lower-level lounge offers a wrap-around couch and big-screen TV. The hot tub is nestled for privacy with views of the golf course. Modern and smart, this home is perfect for making memories. Fairway Views Estate is certified as a Silver Home by the U.S. Green Building Council in the LEED Green Building rating system, offering eco-friendly accommodations just a short distance from the Vail GoPro Games.

WHAT WE LOVE

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- Parking: four spaces - two in the driveway and two in the garage.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
