On the ground level, you’ll find a brand new game room with foosball table, a private 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a large laundry room, and a double garage that offers covered storage for your vehicles and/or motorcycles.

Gathering place

We have a blended family of 12 adults. The home was decorated so well and very festive. It had been decorated in tasteful fall decor all over the home. It was much larger than I expected and the bottom floor was very private, almost feeling like it’s own apartment. There is a tremendous wrap around porch with gates at the entrances, and this was very helpful with a small child. Check in was extremely easy and the property manager very helpful and personable. Check out could not have been any easier. I highly recommend this place for a family. It was very close to the main road. Could not have been happier.

Great location, but not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gathering place is a great cabin for large families like ours. Unfortunately, when we arrived the unit was not clean. There was trash strewn in the yard from a storm, air conditioner not working in the basement bedroom along with a clogged toilet, dirty dishes in the cabinets, linens were soiled from the previous renters which was disgusting!??? Had to strip and launder all of the bed sheets from 5 beds prior to use. The dishwasher was full of dirty water at the bottom with mold. The freezer on the main floor was not working, and finally we found two pairs of dirty underwear next to the bed in the basement when we arrived.... We immediately called Carolina Vacations, they did send a team out to fix the clogged toilet and try to fix the air, but had to come back the next day because the toilet still did not work. No one was sent to actually clean the place. We requested the owner be contacted due to the unacceptable conditions when we arrived. Carolina Vacations did that and the owner agreed to some financial compensation. Having used VRBO previously, we did not expect to arrive to such conditions. Moreover we had to clean the entire cabin before we could even start our vacation. I am appalled that someone did not inspect the cabin prior to our arrival.

Very nice, large home easily accessible with trailer on pickup

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay the house was buetiful. We brought 3 pickups and trailers with motorcycle to ride in the smokies. There was plenty of room for parking and a garage to store the bikes. The house was beautiful inside and out and was very comfortable. There was room for 6 couples comfortably.

Great place

Loved this house and it’s location. There were a couple of issues that didn’t get resolved while we’re there- door lock issues, refrigerator freezer issues- but we made it work. It’s a bit dated but has so much character and space! It was the perfect house for our group

Amazing place to stay in the mountains

This place was amazing. My church group was up there on a motorcycle trip and the location was perfect. There were plenty of beds, towels, and blankets. Also, the hot tub was enjoyable after a day of riding. This is one of the finest properties I have ever stayed at. We definitely will consider it again next time.
