All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, golf course, national parks, Mount Panorama, hiking and walking tracks.
The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the cosy fireplace. Another great spot for everyone to relax and enjoy is outside on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

From Dunkley House, you are walking distance to many of Bathurst's well known cafes, pubs, parks and restaurants. Across the road is The Grind Cafe which is open from 6am, 7 days a week.
Within 2 blocks you'll find both the Bathurst City Centre and the Armada Shopping Centre, beautiful Machattie Park, Crema Cafe, Cobblestone Lane, Webb & Co, plus the famous Annie's Ice Cream Parlour.
At your doorstep are local vineyards, golf course and Mount Panorama all within a 10 minute drive.

*There is a double garage located at the side of the home off Rankin st, remote controls will be on the keys. Please note larger cars should use the right side of the
garage, as it is longer. There is also plenty of street parking out the front of the home, but please be mindful, this is 2 hour limit parking.
Fireplace: this property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
