This house is very clean and is very close to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens &
CBD where you can catch a trolly & go all over Christchurch. Near restaurants.
The property we originally booked had a problem with hot water supply. The property manager was very prompt in finding us an alternate very nice property located nearby. All and all a very enjoyable stay and great customer service.

This property was just what we needed. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The beds and pillows were amazing. Just what we needed after a long trip from Australia (delayed flight) as we didn't arrive until 2.30am NZ time. It is close to airport and other activities we wanted to visit while in Christchurch.

In need of three extra nights in Christchurch that our hotel could not accommodate, checked for properties on VRBO. Karen responded positively to our request in less than eight hours and we were thoroughly (and pleasantly) surprised by the property upon check in. The three bedroom apartment was clean and airy, well stocked and tastefully decorated giving the impression of a very recent renovation. The location on a quiet street one block from Hagley Park and Garden places this property within walking distance of multiple ethnic restaurants and shops. The Westfield Mall is a short, convenient drive to large department stores and food shopping. The very best value for money of any of the many VRBO properties we have enjoyed in the CONUS, Europe and Hawaii.
