This Christchurch accommodation is in the city fringe suburb of St Albans, placing you handy to several nearby attractions in the Garden City. Head nine minutes by foot to Hagley Park, the perfect spot for your morning stroll.  

You’re also only a four-minute walk to Victoria Street, where you’ll be pleased to find a grand assortment of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Perfect for a spot of indulgence on the evenings you’d prefer to dine out,

Please be advised that there is currently construction in progress next door to the property. Disruption should be minimal from now on, but we cannot guarentee this. Works should shut down for a few weeks over Xmas, with completion date looking like late March early April 2026.Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine. Please be aware there are only two off-street carparks at this property.Please note that the pool heat pump only maintains a reasonable (but not hot) water temperature, and does not heat to a swimable level during the colder months. As such, the heat pump will only be switched on during peak season, over January.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.There is to be strictly no parties at this property. Outside noise is restricted from 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise and additional guests may justify intervention from our local team and, in some cases, lead to eviction.
