Getting Around: The Sebel Resort is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Sunshine Plaza, and many local restaurants and cafe's including the nearby surf club. A short drive or long coastal walk you can find Mooloolaba and it's cafe and dining district. Drive to Australia Zoo & Noosa. There is a bus service that stops right in front of the resort which will take you to most of the coast's best attractions.
Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential resort complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Parking has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m. You will have access to 2 allocated parking spaces in the underground secure car park.
*More BBQs, spa are accessible on level 14 with the key card.
*Serviced elevator does not go all the way to the rooftop.
*The doors to the balcony DO NOT lock. Please be mindful of small children.

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing views and outdoor seating area. Very comfy beds, great layout and in a great location close to shops and beautiful beach.
We loved our stay here. The apartment was very well setup, with lovely decor and super comfy beds very important! Gorgeous view with almost constant cool sea breeze and air-conditioning that works very well when needed.Easy walking to the beach, and plenty of food options so very little need to drive.The communication with Welcome Ready was excellent. We left some items behind and the staff were very responsive and organised the cleaner to collect them so we were able to pick them up from the office.We would definitely recommned this apartment and Welcome Ready.

Apartment 1207 was superb. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms and Laundry facilities were also great. The views from the living area and both bedrooms were stunning. We wanted to stay forever. Would definitely say it is the best place we have ever stayed in Australia. We will look forward to a return stay.

Well appointed, everything you could need in the kitchen. Great balcony with amazing views. Comfortable beds and lounge furniture. Great communication for check-in/check-out. Great location for dining, walking. Easy access.
Good shower, decent sized TV. Overall very stylish, great place to stay, would happily come back.
We loved the apartment, it was well kitted out with everything we needed, including a great range of cooking and serving items.Our only comment is the difficulty in obtaining the key for the apartment - rather than having to crouch in public at the base of a letterbox and handle a lock-box that dogs may well have wee'd on, it would be much better to have a push-button coded lock on the apartment door.
Enjoyed our stay at this delightful apartment. Beautiful views from the large balcony. Unusual key card collection but once mastered all went well. An extra set of keys would be beneficial if 2 sets of guests staying

Loved our stay at this property. Everything was great, my only suggestion was that patio bolts or key locks be put on the sliding doors.
We had to keep our autistic son in constant view because of this.

Outstanding view on the ocean and the nearby beaches from the large balcony on the 12th floor. The apartment itself is quite large and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Fairly unique is a significant number of house plants in the living area.
On the downside, it was somewhat inconvenient to have a single door key to share among 4 adults.
The apartment was lovely but be aware that there are two buildings being constructed around this apartment. One is right next door and the crane driver was level with the bathroom window.
Also two days before we departed the pool and spa area was closed for a complete renovation for the next 5 months.
Check in was also a little unusual as the cards are left in a bike locked box around an Australian Post mailbox at a major intersection which just feels dodgy.
Two cards for 4 adults is not enough especially when they are needed for lift, door and carpark entry.
