With just a short drive or walk (2km) to the central hub of Maroochydore, here you will find entertainment, restaurants, Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre, Event cinemas, the beach is (3.9km) This is the perfect location to explore and enjoy everything wonderful that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
The Space:
COVID-19 This property is professionally cleaned specifically focusing on sanitizing of door handles, lock boxes, keys and all surfaces. All our linen is professionally laundered.
This townhouse is one of twelve detached properties, providing for the feel to be more like a house than 'townhouse'.
The spacious open plan living area and all three bedrooms have glass doors opening up to deck, gazebo and pool, combining indoor and outdoor living perfectly.
A well appointed kitchen with all the essentials (tea, coffee, condiments, foil, glad wrap etc..) you will have everything you need for a short or extended stay.
Generous master bedroom with stylish en-suite, private patio and smart TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third a single.
Secure parking for three cars behind the security gate, including parking for one car in the garage
All bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience
The property is all on one level. (there are two
steps from the foyer to the living space)
