The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a private entrance to the large balcony which extends across the entire unit. Queen in guest bedroom, with hallway access to the guest bathroom. Nice, quiet place with spectacular views of the Gulf.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtaking! Plenty of patio furniture to sit and enjoy morning coffee, dinner and watching the sunset. The rockers were especially nice for enjoying my morning tea! Lots of little extras to start you off with and plenty of towels, beach cart and beach gear for our use. The condo is beautiful and so spacious! The management company was great and very responsive when we needed to talk to them. Easy check in process with detailed instructions for everything. The spot is perfect as it doesn't get as crowded as Clearwater Beach or Sand Key Park. We even met some of the lovely neighbors in the building who were extremely friendly. We did not want to leave!

The booking process was very easy, check-in process was efficient, condo was nice (had all kitchen items that you would need for cooking), balcony was very large, good location (close to Jolly Tolly stops).
