The pick of Crescent Head holiday accommodation are these 2 as new 3 bedroom townhouses. Located directly opposite the Country Club golf course and just metres from the shops, cafes and tavern and a 2 minute walk onto the sand of the iconic Crescent Head surf beach.Lock the car in the garage and spend your holiday on foot.

Each level includes its own living area and TV, full size bathroom and alfresco entertaining area.

Featuring a full size kitchen including all new appliances and a dishwasher to make entertaining a breeze, opening out to the dining, living and alfresco area overlooking the golf course and across to the ocean.

Smart TV included (you will need to use your own hotspot). Crimsafe windows and doors for you to open up and take in the ocean breeze.

Configuration:- Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with queen bed. Downstairs: Bedroom 2 with queen bed, Bedroom 3 with tribunk (double base/single on top) + a single bed - Sleeps 8.

Dolphin Court 1 & 2 have Wifi for guest use.

Please note:Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

Great property, well equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very well equipped with everything you could need (except some pantry basics). The place was neat and tidy and well looked after. The locatipn was good too, just a short walk to the supermarket, pub and club, and importantly the beach. The only thong it would benefit from is a pedestal fan in the downstairs bedroom with bunks, as it doesn't have a ceiling fan like the other bedrooms. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I booked both Dolphin Court 1 and 2 for a group of friends in town for a wedding. The house itself is great for groups, with plenty of space, multiple living areas, and two outdoor seating areas. The proximity to the main street and the beach being one of the biggest drawcards.The condition of the house is about what you would expect from a holiday rental. It's a bit worn, but certainly nothing of concern. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The communication from rental agency (Lifestyle) wasn't great. A couple of emails I sent regarding hiring linen were ignored.Check In time of 4pm and Check Out time of 9am is a bit rough. But they were upfront about it so no complaints. Overall, I would recommend this place to groups or families.

Dolphin Court 2

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the property as per its features that were listed. Arrived late Wednesday afternoon with our little grandson. It was quite cold. Beds had cotton quilts, we brought our own linen. Went to turn A/C on to warm the downstairs area where we we to sleep to find out the A/C did not work!!! There were no blankets supplied in the house at all! It was a cold night. Vanity basin in bathroom was filling up as the waste pipe was full of hair! No lid to be found for the garbage bin in the kitchen! Attended Elders the next morning and aired our complaints. Later that afternoon and at an inconvenience to our holiday experience the A/C repair man arrived. After a period of time it became evident that the A/C was beyond repair. A short time later a handyman arrived and attempted to clean the vanity drain pipe with little success, stating he was not a plumber! Had to replace light globes in the kitchen rangehood as both were blown! Later in the afternoon a representative from Elders attended the address and handed over an oil heater to help warm the ground floor area. At the time of leaving the rental property No garbage bin lid was ever supplied. Quite disappointing experience, perhaps more thorough inspections of properties being rented by Elders should take place before taking the money off paying customers!

We couldn’t get the oven or stove top to work, make sure you take or buys toilet paper and have hot spot as we have no wifi during our visit. This was a little disappointing as we oils have liked to watch a family movies together.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great holiday house, plenty of room, good location for walking to everything.Things I would note for familys with small children there is no baby gate for the stairs. You will need pretty much everything for basic cooking like BYO oil, sauce, salt, pepper, tea, sugar ect and only one roll of loo paper so bring extra if your staying longer.
