Are you looking for a minimalist, coastal retreat in the peaceful nooks of Crescent Head? Try one of our newest listings to hit the market, Our Summer House. This newly designed home is the perfect size to cater for families and groups alike, offering 3 levels with views to die for and the peace of being set backing a reserve.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with open, expansive living areas with plenty of seating for your stay to hang out on those quiet days. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the latest Smeg appliances, utensils and equipment you need to stay in and cook after a long day at the beach. Paired with an outdoor Webber BBQ and outdoor furniture on the deck overlooking the water, you have everything you need to entertain extra guests.

Our Crescent Home has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with timber floorboards, crisp white furnishings and ducted air conditioner. Each bed is pre-made with quality linens and beddings to make your stay easier; meaning one less thing you need to bring along with you for your holiday. The bedding configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 upstairs - Tri bunks - 1x S, 1x D
Bedroom 2 downstairs - 1x King
Bedroom 3 downstairs - 1x Queen
Bedroom 4 downstairs - 1x Queen
All downstairs bedrooms have sliding door access to the lower level deck looking out onto the reserve, perfect to sit and enjoy with a coffee after those morning wake ups.

Not only will you also have access to a private laundry featuring a Bosch washing machine and dryer, this holiday property has both a bathroom upstairs and downstairs for ease of access for all guests. The property also includes usage of the lock up garage, so park up the car and enjoy the convenience of a short stroll to the village or the beach.

Great property. Thank you for presenting the house so well for us. Some decent kitchen knives and a wash-up sponge could help future guests. The property listing noted that linen was provided but the email from the property manager on the morning of our stay said in yellow highlight and capital letters that there was NO linen. In the end, the beds were all made and linen was there (thank you), but the miscommunication from the property manager caused some needless confusion and last-minute packing.

No verbal contact is very poor.
