Awesome property and Elders were excellent for checking in. The only thing I could comment on in a negative way is there is some issue with the hot water. Location can't get much better and the space for individual adults was outstanding. Walking to everything and to the point with surfboard.

The home is very close to town with only a short walk to cafes, golf, the beach and creek. The air conditioned home had a beaut deck and comfortably accommodated eight of us with room to spare. The garage space with additional fridge was a real bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook in house as well as the BBQ made evening meals out on the deck a delight.

My only suggestion would be a gate at the top of both stairs ( internal and external) because we had a toddler with us (but not everyone has a toddler with them). I booked directly through Elders and they were professional and helpful.

Great big house

Fabulous position and big enough to sleep 12 of us. Clean. and it had enough chairs and table, plates etc for 12. Which was great. The couple that got down stairs but one child on the floor on a camping mattress and the other on the lounge down stairs and they had the queen bed. They said it was very noisy and they could hear everything and people walking above they're heads. So maybe kids down there that are sound sleepers or do not go to bed early. We loved the house. Fabulous. A small flat back garden. Maybe a new peg basket is needed and there where a lot of large ants as a Couple of the kids got bitten. But not a big deal. We would rent it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The review and the online description needs to be updated as the property is definately not newley renovated. We were pleased to arrive this year and find the property had been cleaned properly unlike last year where we it was bad. The front door was an issue which we forgot to bring to the agents attention. The lock either needs to be repaired or replaced and its surprising the previous people and the cleaners wouldnt have reported it. The right garage door was also a problem with trying to lock internally. The rest of the house was good, although the couch is ready for a clean/depil or replacement. Could definately do with more seating in the lounge area. Outside deck we covered with outdoor furniture and good to see the new cushions.House is in a good location but is seeing signs of needing repairs in different areas.

Reviewer Comments: I've already sent an email to Elders regarding cleanliness and maintenance of the property. We were disappointed to arrive to find the property not in a very clean state. Kitchen Cupboards dirty, sinks/drains black with mould, floors very dusty, especially under furniture, oven in need of repair, water leak in bathroom. We enjoyed the stay, layout and location really good and it was perfect for out family of 11 but it would have been improved if we didnt have to vacuum the floors when we arrived. Internet was not available even though the password was left on the fridge. It would have been good to have a clothes dryer for this time of the year when its hard to get washing dry.

Reviewer Comments: Was a little disappointed with the property as the owners now don't offer WI-Fi for the TV or the basic linen set, bath mats and tea towels. At the premium this house now demands we might start looking for another property in the same vicinity. We actually left the house cleaner than we found it, again a premium fee for cleaning.
