Cooinda is a commanding home with spectacular ocean viewsand a warm inviting atmosphere. It is ideal for a couple or small family with 2 bedrooms and a sunny open plan living/dining area opening onto the large covered deck. There is a dishwasher, lock-up-garage and gas BBQ.

Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

Cooinda can also be rented as a "whole house" giving access to another bathroom, living area, bedroom and deck downstairs.

Colinda, Crescent Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is run down and badly presented. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, the door to the deck doesn’t roll properly, the window in the bathroom doesn’t open easily, the window in the main bedroom doesn’t stay open, I had to ask for extra saucepans, the light in the laundry doesn’t work, etc etc. Having the bbq near the main bedroom is not good and it was clean but very rusty. The property needs some proper attention. The staff were helpful and friendly.
