The property is a hidden gem next to the sea. It is made up of two spacious and cozy apartments with 130 m². There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. It is walking distance from city center, Marina Novi and many great restaurants. You’ll love my place because it's very peaceful and located on a small private road. It's a quiet area surrounded by pine trees which gives a combined fresh and natural aroma of pine and sea.

Hi, my name is Luka. I am the owner of this beautiful property. I love to travel, and have traveled to many different countries from around the world hhowever I always come back to Novi Vinodolski during the summer time. I finished my masters in Kinesiology, and now am running my own Sailing business in Novi Vinodolski as well.

This property is the ideal spot for families, but also people who just want to relax in a spacious but comfortable home surrounded the trees and only meters away from the beach!
