Viva Pacifica was designed to be lively, colorful, and inviting, with its own California flavor. Lots of primary colors and fun patterns in the bedrooms and living area, plus new modern floors and design with lots of space for up to 8 people.
Bedrooms include 2 with queen-size beds and one with 3 twin beds. The sofa sleeps 1 more for up to 8 guests total - perfect for multi-family trips and couples getaways. You can pack light: there's a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.
My neighborhood, North Park, is one of San Diego’s most historic and funky places to be. It's home to artists, local businesses, a Farmers Market, craft beer, wine bars, sushi spots, handmade ice cream, and your pick of brunch options. Guests love North Park’s neighborhood vibe, even though it’s just 3 miles from downtown and The Gaslamp. Century-old architecture and the ringing of church bells during the day in North Park add to its historic feel. And my house fits right in!
