Luxury 5-room flat in a contemporary semi-detached chalet for 12–14 people, ideal for 3 families.

3 double bedrooms, a dormitory sleeping 6–8 with a games room, table football and cinema, 3 bathrooms.

Bathed in sunshine all day long, quiet, large floor-to-ceiling windows, south-facing terrace, mountain views, outdoor seating area, large table.

Living room, fireplace and communal areas to enjoy the chalet with family or friends, summer or winter.

Pets are allowed, by request only, at an additional cost of 70 euros per stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
Cleaning is included, and bed linen is provided. Beds are made up only for stays of 7 nights or more; otherwise, a bed linen kit will be left on the bed for you. This arrangement is in place to enable us to offer the lowest possible rate.

We always come to Serre Chevalier, even if we know many other stations in Savoie, Haute-Savoie and Hautes-Alpes. Our family settled in Fressinet and we have many friends that have chosen Serre Chevalier for their second home.
The station of Serre Chevalier is the largest and the better equipped of South Alps. No more waiting time in the aerial lifts thanks to an output unequalled in the area. 250 km of slopes and an extraordinary off-piste domain (non-professional). The sun shines almost all year long and there are breathtaking landscapes.

What makes this property unique

Our chalet, designed by a renowned architect, was conceived to enjoy the exceptional sunshine of the region at most. 9 meters of bay windows and panoramic windows in the living room allow to enjoy it all day long. Maximal comfort: wooden floor, a fireplace, underfloor heating, design and warm furnishings, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, Bose sound dock, television and Xbox will delight both you and your children. The dormitory - game room is perfect for your children to have fun while you will quietly rest in front of the fireplace with a good book or a glass of wine and a terrine bought at the farm of Les Guibertes.
