Bicycles are in the basement for tenants use, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Tenant assumes all liability for use of same. 4 flat screen TVs. Finished basement game room with ping pong table and TV. Also ½ bath in basement/laundry room area. The beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner and cannot be guaranteed. 6 regular badges. Has 1 roll away bed.
