I will start with the positives. The view was beautiful of both the ocean and inlet. The location was right on the beach. Great swimming pool with 3-8 foot depth.Now the negatives. We got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. The condo was not clean, with coffee grounds still in the coffee pot, blood stains on the mattress covers, pubic hair in the beds and comforters apparently do not get washed (only the sheets). The fridge was not cooling, so we lost the grocery items that required cooling. When we contactet the property management company about the issues, we were told that the elevator is the responsibility of the building. They did send someone to fix the fridge, after wasting much of our time on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue. The response to the property not being cleaned was asking if cleaned it ourselves or if we needed someone to come by. There was never any apology issued and the property management company was not very polite.For cleaning reference, the day before we left, the cleaning company with a 2 person staff did the condo beside ours in 10 minutes. Mind you, we were required to gather all linens and towels in a bag to be washed and set it by the door. That is also how the linens are delivered - in a bag. Making the beds is the responsibility of the guests.
