Newly remodeled log style home with luxury flare. A spacious two-story property with beautiful cathedral wood ceilings and large picture windows with gorgeous views.Enjoy the comfort of one of the few homes in Big Bear equipped with A/C, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Located in the upscale Bear Loop community, this cabin is in a picturesque location while still being close to local hotspots. Nearby the lake, grocery stores, Alpine Pedal Path, and Snow Play. A short drive to the Village, ski resorts, Alpine Zoo, golf course, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, deck, and bathroom with jet tub and steam shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Upstairs fifth bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, six burner stove with griddle and double oven, double door refrigerator (no water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table! Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tubs or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture with gas barbecue. Enjoy the large back deck and fenced yard!

The truth about Cyote Flats

Excellent property, great view of the lake. Only issue was the downstairs master bedroom bed was hard as a rock! 4/5 Stars

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed at this property for a work retreat with 6 total adults. There are so many great features to this home and it made for a great retreat. There are 3.5 bathrooms including the master bath, which was great for 6 women. The master bathroom has a large tub with jets that acts as an indoor hot tub. The best feature was the steam shower, a personal and private steam room. Bathrooms were very clean with recently upgraded features like rain shower heads. There are a few things you should prepare for if you are thinking of staying here (in no way did these take away from our great experience). The check in building is about a 3 mile drive into town, you have to go there first. Pay for the garbage pick up service or you will have to drive your garbage to the check in building at the end of your stay. If you are staying there in the summer, there is no shading on the back porch and it was a little too hot during the day to sit out there. The management company should consider getting some umbrella tables or something to mitigate the sun. Also, the cooking ware was somewhat limited. We had to buy a few items to make the meals we planned. The management company is very responsive to needs and issues. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again.

Perfect cabin in the snow

The cabin was clean and had up to date appliances and was remodeled nicely. My family and I had a great time and we are looking forward to making this a tradition.

OK house, super expensive (management fees), but poor amenities (ie property manager)

We were disappointed with the amenities provided by Cool Cabins the property management service. They gave us one pod of dishwasher soap, almost no dish soap, no shower soap, an almost empty hand soaps containers, very thin towels for the shower (no wash cloth or hand towel, no oven mitts, one trash bag, no firewood, etc! We would not stay at any property managed by Cool Cabins in the future.

so comfortable!

I've stayed in a dozen cabins over the years, and this one was the most comfortable! While the weather outside was cold and windy, the inside of the cabin was perfectly temperature controlled. The kitchen was easy to navigate and had the most amazing stove/oven, perfect for cooking for 11 people. Everything was clean and well appointed - we all enjoyed our stay.
