Greeted by swaying palms and lush greenery surrounding this charming tropical getaway, the stress of the real world instantly washes away. A front porch begins your time calling for a good book as you unwind and watch neighbors passing by. Find a bright and open Great Room inside outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a writing desk and a flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen area includes a table for 4 and bar top seating for 3.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Follow the stairs up to two comfortable guest rooms lying beyond charming barn doors for your peaceful night's rest. The first room comes with a queen bed and a TV with direct access to the front balcony with a charming swing to overlook the vibrant neighborhood. The second room comes with a king bed and a TV , as well as access to a rear facing private sundeck with loungers for your lazy days. Full bathroom with shower is located on the second floor. An additional half bathroom lies outside off the back porch area.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Slip outside from the kitchen area to your covered, tranquil outdoor oasis. Grill up your fresh catch of the day to be enjoyed at the outdoor table for 4. Enjoy an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a fun summer day out on the town. This property is just a stone's throw from the famous Duval St. making your time in Paradise practically perfect.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Great stay in Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sailor House was excellent all around. Location perfect. House super clean. Beds very comfortable. The managing company went above and beyond to solve any problem we had. The only minor issue was parking. Street parking was full during our stay. We recommend parking in Old Town Parking Garage during your stay if street parking is not available.

It is very evident that the home is very well cared for and it was extremely clean. We had a wonderful stay and so enjoyed getting to see and know Key West and all it offers. Shana, the manager, was very helpful. Only issue was the parking but once parked no need to move your vehicle because everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend this sweet spot
