The Executive *Ground Floor* Self Contained Holiday Accommodation.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday home on the lower level of a beautiful executive home. Fully self-contained with a modern kitchen (please note there is no oven), lounge area , reverse cycle air conditioner and 3 good size bedrooms with one queen bed and 4 singles.

The bathroom has a shower and is combined with the laundry. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to a large private alfresco, BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a huge games room with a pool table & TV and lounge.
Plenty of parking for your car and boat.
Only a few minutes stroll to beach, marina and walking distance to town centre.

ONLY the GROUND FLOOR of this Executive home is available for guests use. Guests have their own private entrance.

** The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. NO SCHOOL LEAVERS/GROUPS under any circumstances**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well priced property was a great fit considering we booked late for the busy Easter long weekend and the amenities are basic. There were no surprises as the property was well advertised in terms of its limitations eg no oven, only the ground floor of the property, no wifi etc. The property was clean, spacious and in walking distance to the marina and the beach. Plenty of room for a couple of cars and to park our boat.

Comfortable stay

We had a short stay in Jurien Bay with the whole family. The accommodation was comfortable, well located and able to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, however only having 1 toilet available between all 6 of us did prove difficult at times.

Great Location

Great location. Pool table for recreation. Had a complaint from owners that we had too many people there as we were eating on the front alfresco, but we were within the numbers and had 2 friends from the caravan park come for dinner. A quick phone call sorted the issue though. A bit tricky having no oven. BBQ had not been cleaned. Limited items for cooking, serving, best to take your own. A lovely stay all in all.

Clean and neat

Lovely home, close to the village centre and a walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool table and having a separate space to socialise in.
