This modern home comprises three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious open-plan living. The kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook, with a large fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.

For guests travelling with an electric vehicle, a 7.5kW Tesla Type 2 EV charger is available free of charge and is compatible with most EVs sold in Australia.

Outside, the entertaining area features a BBQ and comfortable outdoor lounge setting overlooking the forest – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of Margaret River wine while watching the sunset and listening to the birdlife.

All rooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is included with your stay.

Linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered. The laundry includes a washing machine with detergent and a dryer for guest use. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

From the house, it’s an easy walk into Margaret River town centre and to the Rails to Trails Walk/Cycle Trail and Barrett Street Weir. Margaret River Golf Club is approximately 8 minutes by car, with the Margaret River mouth and Surfers Point around 10 minutes away.
