Great location but a few hang ups

The property is in a good location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby but sorting out underground parking was difficult and took about 4 days. The apartment was nice but had a maintenance issue with the toilet leaking. The kitchen needs better knives for cutting, utensils, and a few other things. The bed could use some more comfortable pillows. The value for the property was good. It was clean and new and pleasant. Worth considering if you need to be downtown.
