Very spacious place to relax while planning to surf, hike and explore the area. It was in a quiet area of the town but still close to the main area with restaurants, shops and the pier. Elizabeth helped me check in, get settled and pointed out where to go and not to go in terms of activities.

Very well presented home with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Close to the township but in a quiet neighbourhood with great sunrises.
Comfortable home in Raglan close to the village. Lovely view and the house was in a good location. We had a nice walk to the Wharf for morning coffee. Comfortable beds.
Nice and quiet away from road noise. Sound of birds and insects, very peaceful. Clean and tidy, recently painted, modern kitchen. Warm and sunny position. Meet owner, very friendly and will book again.
Very clean and a perfect place if you want to go to the beach or into town to eat or just stay in for some quiet relaxation. Excellent communication we had a problem and we messaged themand got a response no time. Very happy with the service
We loved our stay in Raglan! What a fun town to explore. My family went kayaking, while I went looking around the town. I got some coffee at a place that only took cash, but was able to get NZ dollars from an ATM around the corner. I completely enjoyed watching people, enjoy the weather, and selection of eateries! The place we stayed was nice, but I would suggest bringing laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner; those were not provided. We really appreciated the ice in the refrigerator! The beds were plentiful and comfortable! The view was so pretty, too!
We texted and spoke to Elizabeth on our day of travel - as we were traveling late. She guided us to her place; as the numbering of houses on her street are a little unusual. No worries found the house and its a beaut. Things upstairs and heat pump on and what a nice clean house this is. Could potentially sleep 8. Everything is there, sheets towels . . . Very handy to everything. Had a great time. Thanks Elizabeth :-)

Everything about the actual stay was great, location, facilities, owner.
However, the booking process through the property management was not user friendly. Immediately after booking and paying the fee, I received an email outining the process of paying a bond , types of payments ,I could choose to complete this and a surcharge on credit card payments. As it was told to me after I booked and paid, I challenged this process and given that there were only 2 of us, it was waived.
II also received another email , on the day of check in outlining all the possible charges, that may be incurred. For example, if the bbq was used and not cleaned, there was a charge. The list went on. Needless to say, it put a negative slant on the whole booking process through the property management company .
Also, there was misinformation. It was stressed in the email, that we must put the key in the lock box every time we left the property and yet there was no lock box.
I would like to add that when we arrived the owner was very helpful and friendly and we informed her of these booking procedures. She was not aware of them.
A great stay in the upstairs apartment. Nice big rooms, comfy beds, open plan living/kitchen area. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Outside deck was nice and secure for small children
