Wonderful house and location. Very clean. Beds were not comfortable as one was very hard and the other was sunken in the middle. Sheets and pillows were luxurious. Would stay here again.

Location is great! Minor details would make the entire stay great. Blinds in living room did not work or were missing. Same with master bedroom. Wi-fi password is incorrect and the front door is nearly impossible to lock or unlock. Other than that everything was great!

Easter Vacay Get Away!!

We went for a little get away for Easter. We have stayed at many different camps in the past and this one by far the best. The camp was clean and well organized. The neighbors were great. The view of the beach is awesome. You are close enough to see the gulf and do some people watching but far enough away to have quiet when ready.to relax. Overall great experience and will be looking forward to booking this camp again this symmer.

Dog friendly Beautiful home easy walk to the beach

Beautiful deck for both viewing and enjoying the breezes off the gulf. Kitchen was huge and awesome! Even had an espresso pot. Beds were super comfy. We are a dog family and the fenced yard, outdoor shower, and features of the home worked great for taking the dogs to the beach!

Good Friday easter trip

Great place to stay not far from beach fence yard perfect just one thing all rooms needed TVs that work. The only TV that worked was in the living room otherwise great place to be.

We came to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary because we got married across the street. This was a beautiful home and has great views of the ocean. Will definitely be staying again. Only thing that was missing was a Keurig machine... LOL

This is our second stay at this house and we love it. Everything we needed. Love the yard for the dog. For the second year was super quiet except a stray firework or 2 down on the beach. Super close to the beach just over the dune. House was clean and comfortable beds.

We love this spot. The house is nice. It has its issues. Still only one TV. The people who do the cleaning need to do a better job. The house had a smell to it like mildew the shower in the master bedroom not cleaned and in the kitchen there’s ants coming out of the electrical plugs and in the garbage all along the edge of the kitchen wall.we just used bleach still the best location love sitting out, drinking coffee, looking out towards the ocean

The house is located just a short walk from the beach. The view from the deck was lovely. Spacious house with lots of amenities. Lots of towels and beach toys. The fenced in yard was large and great for our dogs. We didn't have any trouble with noise or mosquitoes/bugs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The owner responded quickly.

Good location

This house is cute and in a great location. As some others have mentioned, the cookware, utensils, and coffee pot are all pretty dirty and beat up and could be thrown away and replaced. We didn’t want to use them but it was all we had. The mattresses on the beds were pretty uncomfortable and some of the beds seemed smaller than the bed size on the listing. Many restaurants, stores, gas stations and grocery stores nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

July summer 2024

Checked in 11/2 hours early great first issue refrigerator not cooling . Fixed. Shades to the windows some work some didn’t ok dealt with it didn’t wanna be a pain. Next Internet wasn’t working right. Will we went 12 day after Hurricane Beryl hit and Houston had lots of issues with electricity . House and Location and Justin wonderful But the people who clean or take care of his home need to know notify him of issues to the house. Visitors paid too much money for items that don’t work.

Nice view of the water

House was great and the view of the ocean was perfect. Lots of great outdoor space and the fenced yard was fantastic for the dog. Kitchen was good, though some things missing including the blended listed. Also, be aware that there is no indoor dinning table for meals and board games. Also, there is no grill, outside, and nothing but plastic plates for use. A few other normal amenities were missing in the house (such as soap in the shower), but plenty of towels and etc. The one major issue that we had was that the sheets are all 100% polyester and we’re miserable to sleep on, despite nice mattresses. Lastly, and not a complaint- but something folks should know- the house is very close to many other houses, so it is not always quiet… but it is festive!

Nice beach house

The A/C was not working when we arrived on Friday and we had to endure inside temp of 95 degrees that night. However, a brand new unit was installed late Saturday a.m. & the remainder of our stay was cool & comfy. (We were reimbursed the cost of one-night for our inconvenience). Our rental agent (Justin) was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rental had a cargo lift; wide wrap-around deck w/ table, chairs, & swing. It was located one block from the beach with a great view. There were lots of windows & inside light. Beds were very comfortable. Owner may want to consider replacing some of the non-functioning blinds and ensure that windows are operable (we could raise only one window of several). I think a bit of deck renovations and coat of paint would further enhance the property. Overall, the rental was spacious & comfortable & we enjoyed our stay. The Pooles Hattiesburg, MS

Kitchen not cleaned prior to stay

The kitchen was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There was food waste was still stuck on utensils and pans. Insects and crumbs in kitchen drawers. Sponge on the kitchen sink had previously been used. Apparently, the cleaning staff do not routinely check to see it the kitchen items are cleaned. Gross! We left a day early because we unhappy with the cleanness of this property. While the location is great, we don't think the cleaning fee is justified. We contacted the management company, Evolve, and they were less than helpful. We were unimpressed with their service. Really wanted to love this property because it is good house with a great location on the beach. Owner needs to hire someone to do a deep cleaning of the entire house and purchase some basic items for the kitchen such as a blender, pans, kitchen towel and sponges. It would also be nice to have hand towels to dry hands in the bathroom.

House was super clean, well appointed and fresh new feel from the furniture to the appliances and fixtures. The view and beach proximity is hard to find at this price for the space you get in this house. Enjoyed my morning coffee watching joggers on the beach and listening to the surf! Loved the smart TVs for the kids so we could Netflix movies! Couple of extra air mattresses were a life saver. There’s even a great big gated yard for the smallest of pups to roam freely. Will stay again at this $ for sure!
