Nice benefits for this studio entirely renovated, spacious and very calm, with the contemporary decoration, ideal for 2 adults, possible with 2children, on the 2nd floor with elevator, in a luxurious residence reassured + a place of private parking.
The terrace is very nice with views of the park and pool. It is equipped with a blind, with 1 table + 4 chairs + 2 sunbeds + a clothesline
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery + washing machine.
The studio is equipped with a bed of 140 and a sofa bed, a large buffet + a flat screen 66 cm, DVD player, and internet WIFI.
You can enjoy at will and tranquility of the pool, from 1 May to early October.
At 200 m walk is a BUS STOP 'La Palestre', the LINE 10, which will take you to the center of Cannes, the city hall, facing the port and 100 m from the Palais des Festivals and beaches, the journey time is 10 to 15 minutes. this will save you expensive parking and traffic jams during the summer.
The residence is close to amenities and yet away from the bustle.
-A 500 meters walk you will find several shops (bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria bar + 1 200 m)

Superbe séjour ! repos assuré, pisicine à volonté et mer super bonne

L'accueil effectué par Betty très convivial, l'appartement est très propre, plutôt spacieux et fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances. La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue, la place de parking est très appréciable, sans oublié la piscine à débordement réservée à la résidence de 9h à 21h. Commerces et plages se trouvent à proximité. Je recommande cette location avec confiance

Sehr schön. Alles wie beschrieben.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer wie beschriebenen Anlage mit wunderschönem privaten Pool. Die Strandpromenade von Cannes ist mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Haltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Anlage entfernt.

Le studio très agréable, permet de passer de bonnes vacances à proximité de toutes les commodités du centre ville. La résidence avec sa superbe piscine sont très bien entretenues. Nous recommandons ce studio pour passer des vacances à proximité de Cannes sans subir les difficultés estivales.

Studio très confortable et bien situé

Studio se trouvant dans une résidence très calme et très bien entretenue (piscine et commun), proche du centre ville et de ses commerces. Très bonne accessibilité. Le studio offre tout le confort nécessaire et même plus pour la réussite d'un séjour de vacances. De plus tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons donc, grâce à tous les services offerts dans cette location, un très agréable séjour sur la côte d'azur. Nous avons aussi eu de très bons contacts avec les propriétaires, encore merci pour leur disponibilité.

TRÈS BEL APPARTEMENT

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement qui a été récemment rénové. Il est très confortable et se situe dans une résidence calme. Il bénéficie également d'une place de parking fermée. Sa situation environnante est très intéressante puisqu'il est proche d'un arrêt de bus et des commerces de proximité: boulangerie, tabac/presse/ pharmacie et bien d'autres. De plus, il permet un accès rapide aux sites touristiques de la région. Nous prévoyons d'ores et déjà d'y retourner car nous avons été séduits par cette location et tous les avantages qu'elle procure. Nous recommandons vivement.

Belle location

La location correspond au descriptif de l'annonce.très bien équipé et très propre à notre arrivée.Couchage confortable.La terrasse avec vue sur la verdure et une magnifique piscine que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.Malgré que les propriétaires ne résident pas sur place cela n'a pas posé de problèmes car facilement joinables.Nous avons eu un souci avec le badge d'ouverture du portail du parking qui ne fonctionnait plus,ils sont intervenus rapidement en contactant le gardien de l'immeuble qui nous a dépanné en 5mn .Nous avons apprécié la ville de Grasse avec ses parfumeris et les confiseries florian un site incontournable perpétuent la tradition en transformant les fruits et les fleurs de la région en délicieuses confiseries.a voir.Très satisfaits nous reviendrons.propriétaire sympas.

Belle Adresse !!!!

Bel appartement, très propre, confortable dans une résidence calme et reposante. La décoration de l'appartement est moderne avec une cuisine toute équipée ainsi qu'une terrasse avec salon de jardin très appréciable pour les petits déjeuners. La literie est de très bonne qualité comme tout ce qui figure dans l'appartement. Cette location est proche de toutes les commodités : arrêt de bus, commerces, hypermarchés... ainsi que de plusieurs sites touristiques que nous avons pu visité : Marineland, Monaco, Cannes.... Le petit plus de cette location c'est sa place de stationnement dans un parking privatif ainsi que de pouvoir accéder à la piscine qui est très agréable et très propre. Nous y reviendrons et conseillons vivement cette locations.

Séjour très agréable

Studio très fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre, la literie est très confortable, dans résidence calme et bien entretenue, agréable terrasse avec vue sur la piscine (trop tôt pour l'apprécier!) place de parking réservée, très appréciable! Plage et Palais des Congrès facile d'accès. à conseiller!!
